General Rules

• Med Spa Outlet will guarantee same-day shipping for any orders placed before 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time (1500 PDT, 2200 GMT) on all days except Sunday (when the office is closed).
• Any order placed on a Sunday will ship the following Monday.
• Any order placed on a U.S. holiday will ship the following business day.
• Any order placed after 3:00 p.m. before the office is closed might still ship on the same day, but will not be guaranteed to ship until the next business day.
